Breakthrough with Breath

Does the idea of carving out time for yourself by quieting the external noise and doing a deep dive into your inner world sound dreamy? Join me for an afternoon of energetic Breathwork that combines evocative music and your own breath to bring you to a place of clarity and calm.
Breathwork is open to beginners and experienced breathers interested in uniting body and mind. Resting comfortably on your yoga mat, with a small pillow, and light blanket to snuggle in deep with a heart ready to surrender and trust your own intuition.
What to Expect:
Opening with an introduction to Breathwork
Meditation to center and ground
Breathwork for 1 hour
Sharing circle and closing reintegration
